My name is Ashley Wu. Welcome to my story!

My education ࿔
I’m an undergrad at Tufts University studying Engineering Psychology (Human Factors Engineering), Human Development, and Engineering Management. Class of 2027.

My story ࿔
I grew up a bookworm, constantly diving into fantastical worlds and devouring new stories. I wrote my own stories too, and later found bullet journaling (bujo). I was obsessed with bujo’s personalization and began creating bujo templates for my friends and local elementary school. I mark that as my first venture into information architecture and empathetic design.

In my senior year of high school, my Tufts Admissions tour guide name-dropped the Human Factors Engineering major. I researched the program and fell in love; it was the perfect mix of the storytelling and world-building that I grew up with and the design and innovation that I was exploring. Now, I continue to integrate empathy and narrative to create and champion products that are immersive, accessible, and joyful.
