Summary

I owned an end-to-end research study to uncover why SoFi’s onboarding fails and what onboarding mechanisms help users trust and learn about SoFi. I used my research to seed a workshop where design, PM, and eng brainstormed what SoFi’s app onboarding experience will look like in 2027.
